Your playset comes with a factory sealant already applied. To increase the longevity of the wood and pigment add an extra layer of protection from wind, sun, and water damage with weather seal. Not only does it increase the life of the playset but helps support your warranty as regular maintenance is expected over the playset lifetime.

Warranty:
10-year limited warranty on all wood, Rocket Slides, powder-coated steel components and hardware. 2-year limited for other components. Regular maintenance is expected over the lifetime of the playset to keep warranty in effect.
