Not only does it increase the life of the playset but helps support your warranty as regular maintenance is expected over the playset lifetime.

10-year limited warranty on all wood, Rocket Slides, powder-coated steel components and hardware. 2-year limited for other components. Regular maintenance is expected over the lifetime of the playset to keep warranty in effect.
