10-Day Return Window:  

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return of any installed playgrounds, trampolines, or accessories.

Restocking Fee:

Please note that all returned, already installed items are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. 

For non-installed playground purchases, once your playground has been designed and purchase has been initiated with a down-payment, there is a 20% restocking fee when cancelling your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, items must be:  Unused and in their original condition.  

Our installations are warranted for 30 days.  If there is an issue with your installation, we will gladly return and correct any installation problems.  

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at 945-468-2100 to begin a return.

2. For online purchases, ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee, within 10 business days.
